Kynley's 3rd Birthday!

A week or two late, but at least I'm getting to it. I quick recap of Kynley Ray's 3rd Birthday! I know I will feel like this after every birthday, it is just surreal to me that I have a three year old.

On her actually birthday we woke her up with balloons and a new outfit for the day. The kid loves clothes. She was so excited for everything. We took her down to the aquarium in Seattle, she loves fish and it was a great place to run crazy and let her do what she wants! My friend Andrea and her son Cannon joined us, as well as one of your friends who is in town from Australia, Fleety. He played toddler wrangler to Kyler and chased her around so I didn't have to and could focus on the birthday girl! (thanks fleety!). We went to lunch at Red Robin and then home for a 4 hour nap...she was exhausted. My parents and little sister came over for dinner, we did a picnic on the floor which she loved. Cake and way too many presents to end the night.

For the last three months she has been talking non stop about wanting an Elsa birthday! So I went into full Pinterest planning mode to attempt to transform our living room into the ice castle. The day before the party I got sick with the flu that both of the girls had, thank god my older sister Shanyn was in town to do all the decorating for me while I tried to get some rest! Thanks Auntie Nanyn!

After some serious research I found a company where you can have a character come to a party. They sing, face paint, tell stories and entertain the kids. Best decision I ever made! We kept it as a surprise so Kynley got to open the door to Elsa. She was a bit in shock the whole time she was there, but didn't want to leave her side. It was so much fun for the kids, especially since Elsa is everyones favorite at the moment. She painted the kids faces, Kynley got a tiger...because why would you get something like snowflakes when you can be a tiger right? We had a great combination of family and some of Kynleys friends there. Queenly got spoiled and had a ball! Thank you to everyone who came, it was a great day!!!

Now our focus is geared towards leaving for Hawaii in less than a week for my sisters wedding!!!!

Elsa was from this company-http://amazingfairytaleparties.com she was great!

Snappin' 👻

Hey everyone....

Just having one of those days where I droped my kids off at the babysitters and then miss them all day, even though they have been driving me crazy!!!! I have been sick which makes for an extra long week, but now I miss those little banshees...for a minute.

Anyways, for those of you who don't have snapchat or don't follow me (👻 Reynarobyn) I thought I would put together a montage of all of my recent favorite snaps of the girls. The good, the bad and the ugly. Lucky for you I left out the one where Kynley peed on the floor last night 😂 That one was for family only because, let's be honest, not everyone needs to see that.

A great way to waste 4 mins of your life seeing how my children entertain and abuse me at the same time 😘

Happy Friday Eve!!!!

A case of the Mondays 💤

Are the holidays over? Is it really time to get out of this dream world we have been living in? Apparently so. And my girls made sure I was well aware of it today. Not that they have been perfect angles during the holiday period, we all know thats not possible. But it's like they woke up this morning thought hmm......Mom is tired, has a mountain of laundry to do, house to clean, detox starts today and it's monday...lets start today with a bang! Seriously, both girls woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and were not happy campers for most of the day. By 7:30am Kynley had changed her outfit 4 TIMES! And Kyler has become obsessed with a pair of shoes that she doesn't fit into yet and constantly fall of of her feet, which leads to a meltdown every two minutes.

Kynley has also started to transition into a threenager (yes she will be 3 in February, how is that possible?). She has started talking back and throwing the most insane tantrums. Which means she spends most of the day in time out. Or in her room, because she slams the door and then can't get it back open (am I allowed to think its funny she locks herself in her room? Don't worry I do). Ahhhhhh and to think when I woke up before Kyler this morning I thought I was going to have a nice relaxing day at home ;)

Anyways, our day was spent with me allowing them to have snack in my bed while they were glued to Netflix, just so I could get the washing done and house clean. No this isn't our routine everyday, but today I could not have been more grateful for Netflix...seriously what did parents do with it out!

As I sit here and write this the girls are in the bath acting like complete angles, Kyler keeps getting kisses from Kynley, and in return Kynley puts bubbles on her head haha. We may be on the verge of another melt down because I won't let Kyler bring her blankie in the bath tub...but they are happy for now...so I will enjoy it for the next 2 mins...

Happy Monday Everyone....I think?

*Since writing this post the following have occurred*
-Kyler peed on the carpet
-Kynley dumped an entire container of gold fish on the floor in the living room
-I opened a door and didn't realize Kyler was on the other side and smacked her in the head with the door :(

Don't worry....35 mins and 22 seconds until bedtime...but who's counting??

Cat shoe hanging on by a thread...

Princess Elsa, and when she is dressed like this, I am not allowed to call her Kynley, only Elsa.
